SHOPPING & CANCELLATION

I strive to respond to inquiries and process orders within 48hrs. These are estimates, and not guarantees.

PAYMENT

We process all electronic payments using Paypal.

SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the United States.

Turnaround time: 7-10 business days (including processing time, not including items on backorder)

Local pickup is available free of charge.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address is correct and, if a mistake has been made, to notify me within 24 hours so that I can change it on the shipping label. Once the products are shipped, they are not my responsibility and I must therefore ask that you repurchase your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept cancellation requests within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
